Las Vegas – Pata Pata !!
I sat down to watch Las Vegas last night, the third episode (series 3) called Double Down, Triple Threat. Another great episode from NBC and the highlight for me was the music used in the nightclub shot. I’d never heard it before and set out to find out what it was and who sung it!
The music turns out to be a track called “Pata Pata” by South Africa singer Miriam Makeba who turns out to be one of the biggest singers to come out of South Africa!! it was great to see Woody and Jordan back at the Montecito, another cross over from Crossing Jordan (O’Connell and Hennessy). The programme also introduced me to the lovely Morann Peri (Marjhan Silani).
I’m looking forward to the next episode now. Anyone else have any comments on the music used in Las vegas?
